Qamarah was attuned to Usui Reiki Level I in 2009 and Usui Reiki Level II in 2010. In 2011, she began her year of Reiki Master training in both Usui Reiki & Ra Sekhi Reiki. She is certified in Ra Sekhi (Kemetic Reiki) Levels 1&2 and holds a Level 3 Ra Sekhi Master Level Teacher Certification.
In describing what becoming a Ra Sekhi Kemetic Reiki Master means to her, Qamarah reflects that the master attunement was a big step that allowed her to take a deeper look at her life purpose as it continues to inspire her to make healing work a daily part of her life. It sprang from a sincere desire to help others as well as to develop and express important virtues like compassion, cooperation and kindness. This path required deep self study and meditation on Universal Life Force energy and continues to be a journey that fosters in her an outpouring of love and understanding for those around her.

My interest in healing began in 2005 when I was trying to find alternative ways to work with my daughter’s severe eczema problem. We tried all types of prescribed steroids from the doctor to only find temporary relief. After reading information about the creams, I found out that I was weakening my daughter’s immune system in order for the steroids to have the minimal effect. Through the guidance of my sister and brother in law, long time vegan and naturalist, I transitioned my whole family to a vegan diet and began using herbs. 
In addition to working on my daughter’s health, I began to work on my own. In 2005, I was severely obese, had high cholesterol, migraines, knee problems, and suffered from depression and anger. I was on antidepressants for my migraines. Changing my diet allowed me to lower my cholesterol, drop 80lbs, and I have not had medication in over five years. Freedom from my physical ailments allowed me to open up to the possibility of healing on a deeper level. My spiritual search began as I went from church to church, explored many different faiths until I walked away from the dogma, and began to do my own personal research. This research led me to the beginning, Kemet.
I have had the pleasure to study (and continue to study) with such teacher as Dr. Akua Gray (A Life of Peace), Rekhit Kajara Assata (Ra Sekhi Arts Temple of Healing), Sebai Muata Ashby & Seba Karen Dja Ashby (Shetaut Neter, Egyptian Yoga), and Uab Set-na Nebi Ra (Temple of Heru, Atlanta, GA). The ancient Kemetic teachings continue to be a major part of my life allowing me to always be conscious of my words, thoughts, and actions. It has opened up my life to understand my true calling and as I work with others, I gain a tremendous blessing on my personal path of learning and self-healing.
I am a daughter of Hetheru, mother of four and blessed wife of a loving husband. I own and operate Natural Essence based on my spiritual path where I work as a Mother’s Keeper (Doula). Massage & Neuromuscular Therapist, Basu (teacher) of the Glorious Light Meditation, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, & Sunu & Teacher of Ra Sekhi (Kemetic Reiki). It has also allowed creative juices through the creations of oils, herbal sea salts, shea butters, poetry, and singing.

Sherihat Mesut Re was physically born in Detroit, MI with aims as a child to one day become a doctor or a lawyer. She grew up helping people and healing them to the best of her ability by prayer, healing touch, speech motivation and singing. As a child she had many spiritual experiences that let her know she has communication on what she then called the other side. When she became a teenager she was diagnosed with diabetes, feeling at that time that it could have been a spiritual attack due to the healing direction she was heading towards ( later finding the truth in her ailment as well as the gift). She then a year later started to investigate what diabetes really meant and how it truly was affecting her. Later as she became knowledgeable about self, she began her first steps of transformation, although still putting the pieces together she later realized that her actual purpose is to teach others about knowledge of self and to show people the steps towards healing. She attended Eastern Michigan University in 2004 (majoring in nursing) and completing an L.P.N course at Brown Mackie College. As she was going through nursing school she discovered the incompatibility with the body and synthetic drugs through pharmacology and through working in Nursing homes, assisted livings and Hospitals. She didn’t agree with the approaches, intervention, and pharmaceutical treatments towards the patient whose ailment would worsen. She didn’t feel true to self and kind by pushing detrimental synthetic drugs in the elderly and young. This also enlighten her to an overstanding of what she was actually in taking in her own body as a diabetic coming to a ultimate conclusion that how can she help someone when she is sick herself. In 2006 she began to research alternative ways to heal self, discovering that as days and months pass friends and family were being diagnosed with dis-eases, she found alternative ways to help. She traveled to Africa to seek repatriation, reparation, elevation, reconnecting with her –story coming across the most uplifting indigenous healer in Nigeria & also making connections in Benin, they informed her that her ailment that she think she has is one of held down emotions/ negative energies, being in their presence gave her inspiration to continue her mission. Coming back to America she also had the wonderful opportunity of learning about, and coming across wonderful doctors whom shared their experiences & Knowledge such as Dr. Llailo Africa, Dr. Jewel Pookrum, Dr. Sebi, Dr. Akua Gray, Queen Afua, Queen Mother Kajara Assata Nebthet, Ras Ben, Mother nature, Edju and many more. She furthered her education in holistic lifestyle, holistic assessment skills, hypnosis, herbology, iridology, energy healing such as Ra sekhi a.k.a kemetic reiki, crystal therapy, astral healing, alternative massage therapies such reflexology with a basic knowledge of shiatsu earning certification as a Doctor Of Naturopath, Ra sekhi practitioner, and hypnosis. She is also a musician healing on a musical level as a singer, saxophonist, and hip hop artist incorporating healing tones in her music . Knowing that it always start with self she healed herself of suppressed negative energies from past years, and healed herself of the physical manifestation of those negative energies which then later became what the western medicine calls diabetes. Paa Munzal Amun Nabab Rayay Akh Ptah Djtwey as her Master Teacher helped her with her spiritual growth, she became a member of the Ancient Egiptian Order then being reborn as Sherihat Mesut Re where the ancestors came to her in the astral realm to give her her name, which means “ One who gives content offerings of RE” what some call RA. This mean she can go to the source and bring down the healing offerings amongst the people this truly became her confirmation of what her purpose is in this lifetime. Through her furthering of education she became a naturopathic consultant, a teacher in holistic health, spiritual science & education, a reflexologist, crystal therapist, a Ra sekhi practitioner, a.e.h, and Breath/Sekhem practitioner. Knowing that knowledge is infinite she is continuing her education at the University of Metaphysical Sciences earning a Doctorate degree.
